How the Investment Works:

The initial 100 shares are retained exclusively for the founders and early-stage investors. A 5 Lakh BDT investment secures a substantial portion of these retained shares. Once the project is operational and the remaining 250 shares are released to the public at 2 Lakhs BDT each, the valuation of your early-stage equity will appreciate exponentially.
প্রথম ১০০ শেয়ার শুধুমাত্র ফাউন্ডার এবং আর্লি-স্টেজ ইনভেস্টরদের জন্য রিজার্ভ করা আছে। ৫ লক্ষ টাকা ইনভেস্ট করলে আপনি এই রিজার্ভড শেয়ারের একটি বড় অংশ পাবেন। প্রজেক্ট পুরোপুরি চালু হওয়ার পর বাকি ২৫০টি শেয়ার যখন ২ লক্ষ টাকা রেটে পাবলিকলি ওপেন করা হবে, তখন আপনার আর্লি-স্টেজ ইক্যুইটির ভ্যালুয়েশন বহুগুণ বেড়ে যাবে।

7. Liability & Exit Framework

- Right of First Refusal (ROFR): An easy exit mechanism is in place.
